General Questions

1. What is Office Rewards?

Office Rewards is a scheme run by ACCO Brands featuring multiple promotions across the year offering rewards when participating products are purchased.

2. Which countries are participating in Office Rewards?

Office Rewards is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, France, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg. You can only claim from offers available within the country in which you are registered.

Getting Started

3. How do I claim a Reward?

To claim a reward, you will need to create an account. Once you have created an account it is easy to claim a reward, simply:

4. What are the participating products and available rewards?

5. Where can I find the product barcode?

Product barcodes can be found on the packaging of all participating products. It is a 13 digit code. 

6. Where do I find the unique product code?

The unique product code can be found in the product description section of your invoice, or on the promotional leaflet communicating the offer. Please ask your sales rep / contact for more information.

7. What can I use as proof of purchase?

Proof of purchase can be either a valid invoice or VAT receipt. 

8. I have ordered a participating product within the dates specified but my invoice will not arrive within those dates. Can I still claim rewards?

All claims must be received by the claim date specified on the Current Offers page.

9. Why do I need to register?

You are required to register so that your claim can be validated and your reward fulfilled.

10. Why do you need my personal details?

Your personal details are needed to fulfil your reward and contact you if we are having trouble validating your claim. In order to fulfil your claim we may have to share your details with 3rd party partners.

11. Is my personal data safe and secure?

Yes. When your personal data is entered and accessed, it is protected with encryption technology (SSL).

12. Can I update my personal details?

Yes. If you visit the 'My Account' section of the website you can update your details.

13. Can I change my password?

Yes. To change your password, visit the 'My Account' section of the website.

14. I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

To receive a password reminder, please click here. Your reminder will be sent to the email address you used when registering for your account. Once you login again, you can change your password in the 'My Account' section of the website.

15. How do I cancel my account?

To leave the Office Rewards scheme, please click here to contact us and supply us with the username and email address you registered with. Your account will be closed within 30 days and any pending claims will be void.

Rewards

16. What rewards are available?

Rewards are unique to each individual offer detailed on the 'Current Offers' page. To find out what rewards are available please click here.

Please note that rewards are subject to availability and you can only claim from offers available within the country in which you are registered.

17. How long will it take for me to receive my reward?

Valid claims will be fulfilled within 28 days.

18. How will I receive my cashback?

Cashback will be delivered directly to your bank account using the details provided when making the claim.

19. Can I send my cashback reward to someone else?

For a cashback claim to be successfully validated, bank account names must match member's details.

20. How will I receive my voucher?

Depending on the voucher, you will either receive it by post or email to the address you entered when you submitted your claim.

21. How will I receive my charity donation?

If you donate your reward to a charity, Office Rewards will donate the money on your behalf and send you an email once it has been processed.

22. I want to change my reward, what can I do?

Unfortunately, once you have submitted a claim and selected a reward, we are unable to change it.

23. How do I know if my claim has been received?

Once your claim has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. If you haven't received an email within 10 working days of submitting your claim, please click here to contact us.

2. Which countries are participating in the Nobo Office Makeover prize draw?

The Nobo Office Makeover prize draw is open to trade customers who are residents of the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Denmark, Poland, Switzerland and Czech Republic. You can only enter the prize draw for the country in which you are registered.

9. I am receiving an error message saying that there is a problem with my entry, what should I do?

Please check you are submitting your barcode correctly, and have submitted all 13 digits. If you are still experiencing problems please send an email to info@officerewards.eu.

10. Is there an age restriction to entering the promotion?

Yes, you must be 18 years or older to enter the promotion.

11. Is there a ‘No Purchase Necessary’ entry route for residents of Northern Ireland and Switzerland?

Yes, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland or Switzerland, registered traders who have an Office Rewards account can enter once without purchase by emailing info@officerewards.eu to request a special NPN code. Once you receive your NPN code, visit the Office Rewards site and login to your Office Rewards account. Then select the ‘Nobo prize draw’ option and enter your NPN code where it states ‘Barcode’. For Northern Ireland entrants please select ‘Northern Ireland’ from the UK country drop down menu.

12. Is the promotion open 24 hours a day?

Yes, the promotion is open 24 hours a day during the promotional period.

13. Can I enter more than once?

Entrants from Northern Ireland and Switzerland can only enter once. Entrants from all other countries can enter more than once providing they have purchased another participating Nobo product which is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Prize Draw Queries

14. How many prize draws will be conducted?

In total there will be 11 x monthly draws per country to win a £200/€200 Desk Makeover.

There will also be one final Grand Prize draw at the end of the promotional period to win £5,000/€5,000 retailer credit. The winner will be selected at random from the total number of entrants throughout the entire 12 month promotional period from all participating countries. Previous winners from the Desk Makeovers will still be eligible to win the Grand Prize.

15. When can I enter the prize draw?

The prize draw opens on 03.01.17. Each Monthly draw closes at the end of each month. The final closing date for receipt of all entries is midnight 31.12.17.

The £5,000/€5,000 Grand Prize draw will be conducted by an independent adjudicator within 5 working days after the closing date of 31.12.17.

18. What prizes are available to be won?

Grand Prize – There is one Grand Prize at a value of £5,000/€5,000 retailer credit which will be dependent on which country the winner is from.

Monthly Prizes – There are 15 Desk Makeovers to be won each month, totalling165 prizes in the 11 month duration of the promotion. Each month 15 winners will be chosen at random by an independent adjudicator with one winner from each participating country per month. There will be one prize per winner.

Each Desk Makeover consists of one of each of the following products with a total value of RRP £200/€200:

19. How will I know if I’m a winner?

All winners will be contacted within 7 days of the relevant draw by email, and may be required to provide proof of purchase for all entries including the winning entry, for verification before the prize can be awarded. If contact cannot be made or the prize is not claimed within 14 working days of the initial notification the prize will be lost and an alternative winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

20. Can I win more than once during the promotion?

No, no one individual can win more than one monthly prize draw.

21. How will the Grand Prize of £5,000/€5,000 be awarded?

The Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of either a retailer credit, gift card or e-voucher. This will be confirmed once the winner has been selected and will be dependent on the country the winner is registered in.

22. Can I choose different products as part of my Desk Makeover?

No, prizes cannot be swapped or changed. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control, when the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.

23. When should I expect to receive my prize?

Please allow up to 28 days to receive your prize.
